商品の引渡時期

商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定します。

在庫品につきましては、受注決済後3営業日以内に発送致します。

欠品並びに受注生産品につきましては、出荷準備が整い次第発送致します。

※配送業者、交通事業や、やむを得ない事情により配送が遅延する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承下さい。

不正利用防止のため、ご注文後、確認のご連絡をさせていただく場合がございます。倉庫や居住の確認できない宛先への直送、または、注文情報に不備や不信な点がある場合は注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

返品について

　返品条件

次の各号いずれかに該当する場合に限り、返品・返金を受け付けます。

(1)  お客様都合による返品の場合

以下の2点を満たしている場合、返品を受け付け、商品代金とそれにかかる消費税を返金致します。

１．       商品とその箱および付属品・同梱物等が汚損や破損なく、未使用の状態で全てそろっていること。

２．       ご購入日より7日以内当社に連絡の上、上記１.の一式をご返送頂くこと。

※返送時の送料はお客様負担となります。

※送料を差し引いた額を返金させて頂きます。

(2)  商品に不具合、その他瑕疵があった場合

以下の１を満たしており、且つ当社が２又は３のいずれかを満たしていると認めた場合、商品代金とそれにかかる消費税のみをご返金若しくは新品と交換致します。

１．ご購入日より１週間未満の商品であること

２．瑕疵の原因が初期不良であること

（取り扱いによる破損・欠損・汚れ・使用による摩耗・色ムラ・色褪・長期保存による劣化等については対応致しかねます。）

３．当社の責による誤配送であること。

（複数の商品を同時購入の上、一部を返品される場合は、返品商品の代金とそれにかかる消費税のみをご返金致します。ご購入時に発生した費用はご返金できません。予めご了承下さい。

※返送時の送料は当社負担と致します。着払いにてご返送下さい。

　返品期限

当社が返品受付を連絡した日から3日以内に返品を希望される商品を指定場所に返品いただけない場合は、返品を無効とさせていただきます。

　返品送料

お客様都合による返品の場合、返品送料はお客様負担となります。

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

How to Request a Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through our Right of Withdrawal page within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide instructions regarding the return process, including the return address and any information necessary for processing the return.

Goods should not be returned until the customer has received our return instructions.

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Failure to follow the return procedure may result in delays in processing the refund.

Diminished Value of Returned Goods

Consumers are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For professional hairdressing scissors, inspection of the goods should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Any use in a salon environment, cutting of hair, use on mannequins or training heads, or other professional use may result in a deduction from the refund due to diminished value.

If returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• Hair, debris, or other evidence of use found on the product
• Visible wear, scratches, stains, or marks on the blades
• Damage to packaging, accessories, manuals, or included items
• Any condition that materially reduces the market value, functionality, appearance, or professional usability of the product compared to its original condition at the time of delivery

The amount deducted will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the condition of the returned product and the resulting reduction in resale value.

Where the condition of the returned goods significantly reduces their resale value, a substantial deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
